Refund & Returns Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused products with original tags and packaging intact.

Eligible returns

• Wrong size or item received
• Manufacturing defect or damage in transit
• Significant variance from the product description

Non-returnable

• Used, washed, or altered items
• Products without tags or original packaging
• Items marked as final sale

How to request a return

Email info@gomachi.shop or call +14252252500 with your order ID, product details, and reason for return. Approved returns receive pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the preferred size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
